E-Commerce Associate

TheE-commerce Merchandising Associate / Account Services Associate is primarily responsible for day to day operations particularly gathering data and reports preparation for the group to be able to execute e-commerce merchandising strategies across all categories and channels that are consistent and align with the brand’s and business objectives. They ensure that application of product planning such as display, search, navigation, tagging, assortment in an online store will serve its purpose of providing the customer a delightful online shopping experience that increases online conversion. They should provide organized, accurate and timely reports that will allow the group to formulate actionable insights that tell a compelling story that includes both offline and online retail knowledge and experience driving conversion and capturing customer demand.
