E-commerce associate (Urgent Hiring)

Overview

We are seeking a talented E-commerce associate to join our dynamic team at TRANSCOSMOS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will see you contributing to the development and implementation of engaging e-commerce solutions, with a focus on EDM (HTML) creation and Magento 2 platform management.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Excel Operations (Core Requirement)
  • Consolidate and manage datasets from multiple sources (products, pricing, inventory, operational files).
  • Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform pre-import checks to ensure required attributes/fields are complete and reduce upload errors.
  • Prepare and format files according to Magento import requirements to support smooth bulk uploads.
  • Use advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot, lookups, VBA/macros) to automate and improve efficiency.
