Job Description
The B2B Customer Service is entitled to provide operational support to Amazon client, acting as a key point of contact between customer and internal departments, contributing to customer satisfaction and the smooth execution of operational process.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the full order lifecycle: set up the flow of material needed for sales campaign, collect from all the departments involved all the necessary articles details. Handle order entry and monitor that all orders are uploaded into the system within given deadlines confirmation, follow-up, and shipment overview.
- Monitor deliveries and proactively handle issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Support invoicing processes, credit notes, and payment follow-ups in coordination with Finance.
- Handle returns, claims, and defective goods in line with company policies.
- Ensure accurate customer master data.
