E-Commerce Commercial Lead

You'll take ownership of European eCommerce channels across B2B and B2C, shaping how devices are traded, sold, and re-marketed at scale.

This role sits at the heart of a pioneering circular tech platform that connects every step of the device lifecycle - from trade-in to remarketing - enabling consumers and businesses to recover value securely and transparently from used technology.

As Ecommerce Commercial Lead,, you will own:

• Commercial growth and profitability of European eCommerce channels
• Strategic partner acquisition and long-term account development
• Trading performance, pricing discipline, and channel governance

Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and onboard new eCommerce partners across Europe, including marketplaces, e-retailers, platforms, and strategic partners
• Build and manage a robust commercial pipeline aligned to margin, volume, and risk criteria
• Own day-to-day commercial performance of the European eCommerce portfolio 
• Develop and own the annual European eCommerce business plan and budget

What you'll need:

• 5–10 years' experience in eCommerce sales, commercial trading, or business development 
• Proven track record of acquiring, growing, and retaining B2B2C and/or B2C eCommerce accounts
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing pricing, margins, and channel conflict
• Confident communicator, able to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
