  • Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Content Manager to lead website content strategy and execution.
    This role will own end-to-end content for the ecommerce website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, brand
    alignment, and conversion-focused storytelling.
    The individual will act as the Website Content Lead, collaborating closely with merchandising, marketing,
    creative, UX, and technology teams to drive sales, engagement, and customer trust.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Website Content Leadership:
    Own and manage all website content across product pages, category pages, landing pages, and
    editorial sections.
    Serve as the central point of accountability for ecommerce content quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
    Define and maintain content standards, guidelines, and best practices across the website.
    2. Product Content Management:
    Oversee product descriptions, titles, specifications, imagery coordination, and metadata.
    Ensure content highlights key value propositions, storytelling, and US customer expectations.
    Collaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to translate product features into compelling
    ecommerce copy.
    3. Content Strategy & Optimization:
    Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals, promotions, and campaigns.
    Optimize website content for SEO, on-site search, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
    Use analytics and performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Marketing, Creative, UX/UI, Tech, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
    Support campaign launches, seasonal events, and special promotions with content readiness.
    Coordinate with US stakeholders to ensure brand voice and market relevance.
    5. Team & Workflow Management:
    Lead and mentor content writers, editors, and coordinators (if applicable).
    Manage content calendars, workflows, and CMS operations.
    Ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery timelines.
    6. Quality Control & Compliance:
    Ensure content accuracy, legal compliance, pricing clarity, and brand consistency.
    Maintain high editorial standards across all ecommerce touchpoints.


    Skills & Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    5–8 years of experience in ecommerce content management or digital content roles.
    Strong experience managing website content for large-scale ecommerce platforms.
    Excellent written and editorial skills with a customer-first mindset.
    Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and ecommerce tools.
    Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and ecommerce KPIs.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience working with US ecommerce brands or international markets.
    Exposure to lifestyle, jewelry, fashion, or retail ecommerce.
    Experience leading or scaling content teams.
    Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar.
