Location: On-site – Cubao, Quezon City

We are looking for an E-Commerce Customer Care Associate to assist customers with inquiries, orders, product concerns, and return requests—mainly for electronics and gadget items.

Qualifications

  • Experience in chat or email support, customer service, or handling returns
  • Knowledge or background in electronics and tech products is an advantage
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Patient, organized, and customer-oriented
  • Willing to work on-site at our Cubao, Quezon City office
