We are looking for an E-Commerce Customer Care Associate to assist customers with inquiries, orders, product concerns, and return requests—mainly for electronics and gadget items.
Qualifications
- Experience in chat or email support, customer service, or handling returns
- Knowledge or background in electronics and tech products is an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Patient, organized, and customer-oriented
- Willing to work on-site at our Cubao, Quezon City office
