Walleu is looking for a
Customer Support Specialist
with strong e-commerce experience to help us scale and optimize our customer support operations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that great customer support is not only about answering tickets but about building efficient processes, improving response times, and delivering a consistent customer experience across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Work daily with
Intercom
and
Gorgias
to handle tickets and conversations - Optimize customer support workflows, automations, and macros
- Monitor and improve key support metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience processes
