Key Responsibilities:








Purchase Order & Data Management



Verify order confirmations and ensure accuracy of product data

Request missing product information from brands (descriptions, materials, images) and complete purchase sheets

Create and format product names, descriptions, and product codes for integration

Update product pricing across multiple international zones









Supplier Coordination



Act as a liaison with interior and lifestyle brands to gather detailed product information

Ensure timely communication and collaboration for successful deliveries



Logistics & Follow-up



Monitor the delivery schedule and follow up with brands on shipments and outstanding items

Support the receiving process and track backorders or delays



Online Quality Check



Ensure all products are correctly displayed on the website: names, visuals, pricing, and specifications

Coordinate with the content and merchandising teams to maintain high-quality listings





Buyer Support



Assist the Interior Buyer in daily tasks such as assortment analysis, supplier research, and reporting

Help prepare seasonal buying sessions and participate in the development of new collections





Desired Profile:









Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field (BaC+4/5)

First experience in purchasing, merchandising, or e-commerce preferred

Excellent command of Excel and strong organizational skills

Professional proficiency in English and French

Strong attention to detail, sense of aesthetics, and interest in design and home decor

Team player, proactive, and communicative
