E-Commerce Director

Overview

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced, and patient-focused Ecommerce Director to lead the next phase of our digital growth. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to drive commercial growth, innovation, shape our strategic roadmap, and continue delivering exceptional online experiences for our patients. This role oversees:

Digital Commercial Leadership

• Owns ecommerce commercial KPIs (Traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue, New customers volume) that deliver commercial growth
• Develops annual digital commercial plans—including revenue targets, KPIs, and investment priorities. Optimises product, pricing, promotion strategy.
• Leads forecasting, website trading performance, and weekly performance cadence.
• Engages with the senior leadership team and P&L leads to align on priorities, timelines, approvals, and investment decisions.
