  • Lead and execute the hotel's digital commercial strategy to increase online visibility, traffic, and bookings.
  • Optimize revenue via branded websites, OTA channels, and global distribution platforms.
  • Identify new digital revenue opportunities and partnerships.
  • Analyze performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS, CPA) and deliver monthly reports.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital campaigns tied to commercial goals.
  • Manage and enhance the hotel's website content, positioning, visual standards, and user journey.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and optimization.
  • Coordinate content creation including copywriting, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Ensure special offers, pricing, imagery, and experiences remain updated and conversion driven.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution for Sofitel Dubai Downtown.
