Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Strategy & Sales Growth:Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales.Monitor and report on e-commerce performance (traffic, conversions, sales).Platform Management:Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, and online promotions.Ensure product pricing and availability are up to date.User Experience & Conversion Optimization:Enhance website usability and customer experience.Analyze customer behavior to improve conversion rates.Digital Marketing & Campaigns:Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital campaigns.Monitor and optimize paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Customer Service & Order Management:Oversee customer inquiries, returns, and order fulfillment processes.Ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis:Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.Implement findings to improve our online presence.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
