Job Description
Manage store operations: Oversee product listings, pricing, stock accuracy, categories, and merchandising across all e-commerce platforms.
Drive performance: Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchases, store ratings, and chat response time. Take corrective action when performance drops.
Plan and execute campaigns: Manage vouchers, bundles, flash sales, payday promotions, and KOL/affiliate pushes. Coordinate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure timely launch.
Optimise product pages: Improve titles, images, descriptions, badges, and cross‑sell/upsell modules. Provide recommendations for new content (UGC, reviews, videos).
Coordinate with operations: Ensure smooth order processing, meet packing and shipping SLAs, and minimise cancellation and return rates.
