Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the brand website. Create and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, returns, and replacements. Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, and ratings to improve brand visibility and conversions. Handle customer queries related to orders, products, and deliveries. Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent overselling across platforms. Assist in planning and executing online offers, promotions, and festive campaigns. Prepare and maintain basic sales, inventory, and performance reports. Requirements & Skills Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Digital Marketing preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations (FMCG / Wellness brand preferred). Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
MBA in MKT
1-3 years
