Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the brand website.

• Create and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, returns, and replacements.

• Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, and ratings to improve brand visibility and conversions.

• Handle customer queries related to orders, products, and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent overselling across platforms.

• Assist in planning and executing online offers, promotions, and festive campaigns.

• Prepare and maintain basic sales, inventory, and performance reports.

Requirements & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Digital Marketing preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations (FMCG / Wellness brand preferred).

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
