Responsibilities

  • Manage product assortment, pricing, and listings across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Tiki.
  • Use Seller Center tools to update product content for maximum visibility and accuracy.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, especially during Mega Sale events.
  • Track and report campaign performance in line with budget and growth targets.
  • Drive brand visibility through Livestreams, Affiliate Marketing, Feeds, CEM, and Mini-games.
  • Ensure sales targets are met while optimizing costs and key performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support e-commerce initiatives.
  • Negotiate with platforms for better brand exposure and promotional support.
  • Manage monthly inventory forecasts to ensure stock availability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare reports and support ad-hoc e-commerce tasks as needed.
