Responsibilities
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and listings across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Tiki.
- Use Seller Center tools to update product content for maximum visibility and accuracy.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, especially during Mega Sale events.
- Track and report campaign performance in line with budget and growth targets.
- Drive brand visibility through Livestreams, Affiliate Marketing, Feeds, CEM, and Mini-games.
- Ensure sales targets are met while optimizing costs and key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support e-commerce initiatives.
- Negotiate with platforms for better brand exposure and promotional support.
- Manage monthly inventory forecasts to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
- Prepare reports and support ad-hoc e-commerce tasks as needed.
