Job Description

This role supports the day-to-day operations of multiple brands , currently covering two brands and potentially additional brands in the future . The position involves managing customer support (including live chat), order processing and fulfilment, returns handling, product listings, inventory coordination, sales data updates, and general administrative support across e-commerce platforms. The role requires strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and flexibility to support business growth and evolving operational needs.
