E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

e-Commerce Sales & Marketing:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of e-commerce sales and marketing campaigns
• Working closely with RM / KAM of respective platforms to drive brand awareness and sales
• Up keeping of products on across all e-Commerce sites including but not limited to the product description, status, price and images.
• Manages inventory across platforms
• Report and analyse eCommerce KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities for all assigned accounts.

e-Commerce Operations:

• Prompt customer service to ensure chat performance and customer satisfaction are met
• Working closely with the fulfilment to ensure orders are fulfilled timely and SLA are met

Cross-functional Team Collaboration:

• Working closely with the marketing team to conceptualize marketing initiative
