E-Commerce Graphic Designer

The Gist
We are looking for a high-output E-Commerce Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. You aren't just making things look pretty—you are building assets that sell. You know the difference between a brand awareness post and a high-converting Meta ad, and you are comfortable working at the speed of social media.

The Vibe: Speed > Perfection
We need a wizard, not a perfectionist. In this role, we value volume, iteration, and speed. We would rather test 10 variations of a creative concept to see what wins than spend a week polishing one pixel-perfect design.

What You'll Be Creating

• Meta Ads (FB/IG):
  Scroll-stopping static ads and simple motion graphics/GIFs. You understand hooks and visual hierarchy.
• Shopify Assets:
  Hero banners, collection images, and landing page graphics.
• Email Marketing:
  Designing engaging graphics for flows and campaigns (experience with Klaviyo layouts is a plus).
