Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth / E-commerce Manager who knows how to scale a D2C fashion business responsibly — not just driving traffic, but owning net sales, stock health, margins, and P&L outcomes.
This role is for someone who understands that growth ≠ ROAS screenshots, and that real growth happens when sales, stock, marketing, and profitability move together.
What You’ll Own (KRAs in Real Terms)
1. D2C Revenue & Net Sales Growth
Own D2C net sales growth against approved targets.
Ensure growth velocity stays healthy (no sudden drops or panic spikes).
Increase repeat customer contribution and improve retention quality.
The goal is real revenue, not just sessions.
2. Marketplace Growth & Discipline
Drive marketplace net sales (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Maintain healthy contribution margins across platforms.
Ensure top SKUs are always in stock and visible.
Keep marketplace penalties, SLA breaches, and escalations under control.
Growth without discipline won’t work here.
3. Demand Planning, Stock Health & Returns
Forecast demand accurately for top-performing SKUs.
Maintain high in-stock rates for best sellers.
Control returns % within approved thresholds.
Actively manage excess and dead stock.
No over-buying. No last-minute stock fire drills.
4. Full P&L & Profitability Ownership
Own channel-level P&L across D2C + marketplaces.
Maintain overall contribution margins within approved bands.
Keep logistics and fulfillment costs under control.
Manage discounting impact without damaging brand or margins.
Profit matters as much as growth.
5. Performance Marketing Discipline
Manage marketing spends as a % of revenue, not as a vanity budget.
Keep blended CAC within approved ranges.
Scale paid growth without breaking P&L (ROAS alone is not success).
Ensure spend stays aligned with plan (no surprise overshoots).
Marketing exists to support business, not the other way around.
6. Reporting, MIS & Predictability
Deliver accurate weekly MIS and dashboards.
Maintain high forecast accuracy for revenue and spend.
Avoid surprise escalations by planning ahead.
Predictable growth > reactive growth.
