Duties & Responsibilities:

• Align global and territory strategies and business goals to develop e-commerce growth strategies with countries
• Evaluate local business performance continuously to provide recommendations, solutions and action plan to achieve growth
• Obtain support from local product and marketing team to support growth
• Collate and bridge resources from global and territory teams to streamline efficiency and achieve business requirements
• Lead country e-commerce teams by best practices and know-hows
• Support digital marketing planning and optimisation, operation enhancement and data analysis
• Advise and bridge technical solutions to business requirements

• 2+ year experience with proven tracking record in growing revenue and transactions in e-commerce
