E-Commerce Growth Manager / Performance Marketing Manager

D2C Online Sales & Marketplace Head

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: As per Market Standards

Role Objective

To drive online sales growth, conversions, and repeat purchases across:

  • Brand Website (Shopify / WooCommerce)

  • Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

  • Social Commerce (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute D2C and marketplace growth strategies

  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplace ads

  • Optimize conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and customer retention

  • Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility on marketplaces

  • Drive social commerce sales through Instagram and WhatsApp marketing

  • Track performance metrics and share actionable growth insights

  • Collaborate with design, tech, logistics, and customer support teams

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C growth or performance marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.

  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations and ads

  • Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads

  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills

 


Additional Information

Experience: 2+ years (Customer Success in a tech-based product)
