E-commerce Management Trainee

Role Overview

Convergent is looking for a data-driven and commercially savvy intern to bridge the gap between our sales data and operational execution. In this role, you will process numbers; visualize supply chain trends, assist in financial reconciliation, and streamline workflows to help us gather insights with clarity and enhance efficiency in processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecommerce Executive: You will assist the E-commerce team for operational tasks such as IM Chat support, Shop merchandising, Prices and Inventory forecasting and synchronization. You’ll also be tasked to support Account Managers in commercial deals hunting, promotion planning and execution.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current distribution workflows to identify bottlenecks. You will propose template improvements or digital solutions to increase team efficiency.
