Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets across D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.)
Plan and manage online campaigns, promotions, and product launches in alignment with brand marketing.
Website & UX Management
Oversee and optimize the brand’s website (Shopify/Magento/etc.) for speed, performance, UI/UX, and mobile responsiveness.
Coordinate with developers and designers for website updates and improvements.
Marketplace Management
Manage product listings, pricing, content, and A+ pages across platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.
Ensure high-ranking product visibility and customer engagement.
Performance Analysis
Track and report KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), cart abandonment, and ROI on ads.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and marketplace dashboards to monitor trends and adjust strategies.
Inventory & Operations
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and stock availability.
Reduce return rates and improve customer service touchpoint
