Job Description

Responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and inventory health across online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Watsons, etc.), ensuring alignment with the company’s offline distribution network to maximize total business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize marketplace P&L, focusing on maximizing net revenue and gross margin.
  • Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies, ensuring minimal channel conflict with offline partners.
  • Analyze ROI of platform investments (campaigns, fees, subsidies) to optimize spending.
  • Lead collaborative sales forecasting and inventory planning to support demand and stock efficiency.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to deplete excess or slow-moving stocks.
  • Integrate marketplace performance with offline sales initiatives for cohesive omnichannel strategy.
