Job Description

As the E-commerce Manager at Pinnacle Beverages Sdn. Bhd. , you will oversee online sales, manage digital platforms and drive growth through data analysis, marketing and optimization of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across the website and other digital sales platforms.
  • Manage online merchandising, content updates, promotions and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics and IT to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and improve key e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV) and cart abandonment rate.
  • Manage relationships with third-party platforms (e.g., marketplaces, payment providers).
  • Ensure site SEO, UX/UI optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
