YFS Corporate (M) Sdn Bhd is a growing fashion retail organisation looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage the company’s e-commerce operations across all platforms and marketplaces, driving online sales growth, optimising user experience, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan annual and monthly promotional calendars, ensuring timely execution
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Manage and mentor E-Commerce Executives, ensuring KPIs are met
• Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Logistics teams for smooth operations
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the team
