Role Purpose

The E-Commerce Manager will support the execution and growth of Nutrition Asia Group’s online business across multiple marketplace platforms and brand.com sites. The role involves coordinating with platform partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure product listings, promotions, and fulfilment are executed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key contact for assigned e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, NTUC, Amazon, Foodpanda, and NAstore.com).
  • Coordinate with agency partners for campaign setup, pricing uploads, and performance reviews.
  • Manage listings, promotions, and pricing accuracy across all platforms.
  • Track and consolidate weekly sales reports, campaign results, and sell-through data.
