 Maximise revenue and ensure annual e-commerce financial targets are met

 Set the strategic directions, oversee and coordinate all e-commerce activity

 Develop e-commerce product and pricing strategies; balancing business objectives

and customer satisfaction

 Stay connected to industry standards and competitors within the e-commerce capacity

through conferences, bench marking activities, webinars, and collaboration with other

partners

 Evaluate the current e-commerce platform, conduct an analysis of potential

alternatives and manage the change of platform if needed

 Identify opportunities for site improvements to include usability, AB testing, response

time, etc.
