Role Summary
This specialist ensures the smooth day-to-day operation and promotional execution across key third-party e-commerce marketplaces to maximise Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations: Manage all back-end functions and daily health checks for Lazada and TikTok Seller Centre (for all four brands) and conduct basic management for Amazon SG.
Campaign Execution: Plan, set up, and launch all platform-specific campaigns, flash deals, vouchers, and competitive pricing.
Stock Management: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels are accurate and communicate Fulfilment by Shopee (FBS) requirements.
Retail Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for operational matters concerning physical retailers (Watsons, BHG, Al Barakah).
