Position Overview

• Oversee and manage the collection and organization of all inbound documentation from overseas origin teams, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise compliance with regulatory and customs requirements, ensuring all documentation for customs clearance and shipment processing is properly prepared and submitted.
• Review and monitor ISF (Importer Security Filing) data submission processes to ensure timely and accurate filing in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure arrival notices are issued accurately and on time and oversee exception handling when delays or discrepancies occur.
