Your responsibilities will include: Manage ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates, ensuring media investments translate into tangible sellout growth. Coordinate with marketplace teams to execute exclusive promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns. Develop and execute a comprehensive media plan for e-commerce platforms, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spends. Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure a seamless product rollout. Build and present post-campaign performance reports, highlighting key insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations. Work closely with leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for tracking key e-commerce performance metrics. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital advertising, or marketplace performance marketing. Education: MBA from Tier 1/2 college Strong expertise in Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, DSP, and search/display strategies. Hands-on experience with performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.). Proven ability to manage large-scale media budgets and optimize investments for maximum ROI. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, Flipkart Marketplace Insights, or similar tools. Experience in competitive benchmarking and consumer insights. Prior experience in the home appliances or consumer durables industry is a plus
