Responsibilities
  • Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;
  • With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;
  • Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;
  • Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
  • Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.
  • Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.
