Overview

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop).

Responsibilities

  • Process and pack orders; handle returns and exchanges
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Handle inventory tasks, including receiving goods, shelving, and stock counting
  • Manage product listings and support campaign setup
  • Create and post simple short-form video content
  • Handle other ad-hoc e-commerce-related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Basic English reading and writing skills
  • Responsible, hands-on, and detail-oreinted
  • Willing to learn & able to work independently
  • No experience required (training will be provided)
