E-Commerce Operations Executive

Responsibilities

1. Fulfillment Operations

• Oversee daily end-to-end fulfillment activities (inbound → pick/pack → dispatch).
• Ensure orders are processed within defined SLAs and cut-off timelines.
• Coordinate wave planning and manpower allocation for peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor order backlogs, aging, and exception handling.

2. Inbound & Inventory Management

• Supervise inbound receipts, GRN creation, and put-away accuracy.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and bin location discipline.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Investigate inventory variances, damages, and shortages.

3. Picking, Packing & Dispatch

• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and quality during picking and packing.
• Maintain packing standards as per marketplace/customer guidelines.
• Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and dispatch planning.
