Position Overview

BH Complete Solutions is looking for a versatile E-commerce Operations Specialist for one of our US-based e-commerce clients. This is a unique role designed for someone who enjoys a mix of direct customer interaction and behind-the-scenes operational work.

Responsibilities:

• Order Logistics & Shipping:
  You will generate shipping labels, double-check addresses for accuracy, and ensure all tracking numbers are correctly updated so customers stay informed.

• Store Updates & SEO:
  Help keep the shop visible and searchable. You will update product titles, tags, and descriptions with the right keywords and manage meta descriptions to improve search engine performance.
