eCommerce Platform Specialist is responsible for driving and monitor successfully eCommerce operations in Sony web sites across Latin-America. Working together with eCommerce providers, one objetive for eCommerce operations is to implement new solutions and process that will support digital growth in net sales acording to defined targets. This kind of implementations requieres be the liasson office between new technologies and local teams (online) that needs trainning and supervision. On the other hand, eCommerce operation is responsible to receive and understand country needs in terms of digital activities and traduce to requirements.
