The E-Commerce Operations Specialist manages online selling platforms to maximize GMV, ensure smooth campaign execution, and maintain platform health.
Responsibilities
Manage product listings, pricing, promos, and vouchers
Coordinate platform campaigns, flash sales, and events
Monitor inventory availability and platform performance
Track GMV, conversion rates, and sell-through
Resolve platform-related issues and escalations
Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
- Familiar with seller dashboards and campaign tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- FMCG or D2C experience is a plus
