Job Description

The E-Commerce Operations Specialist manages online selling platforms to maximize GMV, ensure smooth campaign execution, and maintain platform health.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, pricing, promos, and vouchers

  • Coordinate platform campaigns, flash sales, and events

  • Monitor inventory availability and platform performance

  • Track GMV, conversion rates, and sell-through

  • Resolve platform-related issues and escalations

  • Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
  • Familiar with seller dashboards and campaign tools
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • FMCG or D2C experience is a plus
