Job Description
Our client is a leader in the distribution of pleasure and romance products and is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to join a team of talented individuals.
**Working Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST**
**Rate paid in USD: 8 per hour**
**Responsibilities**
- Creating product listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon ,eBay, Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends in the industry or among competitors.
- Analysing website data to determine the most popular products or factors that may influence customers’ buying behaviour.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Managing stock by arranging returns, refunds, and exchanges where appropriate.
- Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and delivery tracking numbers.
