Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in inventory, smooth order fulfillment, and efficient payment processing. Lead coordination across marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to execute online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events. Maintain and continuously optimize product listings, content, and digital assets to align with brand goals and drive conversion. Monitor stock movements across digital channels, implement replenishment alerts, and reduce risks of stockouts or overstock. Develop operational SOPs to scale post-purchase processes and maximize efficiency. Track and report on key operational metrics: order accuracy, return rates, customer satisfaction, and service SLAs.
