L'OCCITANE has opened a brand new Distribution Centre in Avonmouth.

The E-Commerce Operations Supervisor will ensure the accurate processing and packing of orders and to monitor and organise the Ecommerce team, ensuring the efficient use of staff and resources to ensure all key departmental objectives and service levels are achieved.

What Will You Do?

• Provide supervision of Ecommerce staff to ensure all departmental objectives are achieved through:
• Scheduling work and assigning tasks
• Staff absence management
• Warehouse staff training (including temps)
• Timekeeping
• Control and monitor all Ecommerce processes, procedures, and company policy on:
• Web Operations
• Stock & packaging management
• Storage of stock
• Expiry stock management
• Stock replenishment
• Cover the E-com Logistics Supervisor when needed
