Key Responsibilities
1. Platform & Revenue Management
Own monthly revenue targets, and growth plans for all ecommerce & quick commerce
platforms
Drive growth from the current revenue base through assortment, pricing, promotions
and visibility.
2. Quick Commerce Operations
Manage catalogue updates, onboarding, SKU expansion, scheme related revision/
updates, and availability across all Q-commerce platforms
Ensure stock fill rates, and minimal SOH (stock on hand), working closely with supply
chain teams
3. Marketplace Management (Amazon & Flipkart)
Handle catalogue hygiene, content optimization, A+ content coordination, and
compliance
Drive Amazon Fresh listing, scaling, offers, pricing and performance
4. Promotions & Performance Coordination
Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, visibility buys, and offer calendars
Co-ordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies on performance
campaigns.
Track ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and platform-level ROI
5. D2C Management
Own end-to-end D2C operations: listings, pricing, offers, fulfilment coordination, and
customer experience
Drive monthly sales growth, repeat purchases, and conversion optimization
6. Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare monthly performance dashboards for management
Track platform-wise metrics: GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, SKU contribution and platform ROI
Build forecasts and plans aligned to business goals
