Job Title: Ecommerce Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the sales and product listing of fresh produce on e-commerce platforms (vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood, etc.)

• Respond to online customer enquiries (via WeChat / platform customer service) and help close orders

• Assist with order processing, picking, packing, and coordination of deliveries

• Coordinate with offline fresh produce markets to verify inventory and product details

• Assist with simple product photography, short videos, or organizing product information (training provided, no experience required).

Job Requirements:

• Interest in e-commerce and the fresh produce industry

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable

• Prior experience in e-commerce, fresh produce, or customer service is an advantage
