E-commerce Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Executive to manage online sales activities across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, product listing, coordination with internal teams, and improving online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase Sales on multiple E-commerce platforms, Kisankraft online product penetration and market presence.
Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, KisanKraft website, etc.)
Upload and update product listings (price, images, descriptions, stock)
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and customer queries
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfilment
Track sales performance
Coordinate with third-party service providers and supply chain partners
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Make offers, discounts, and promotions to boost online sales
