Job Description

• Oversee and improve online sales activities across TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and other e-commerce platforms
• Develop, implement, and track online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Manage product uploads, pricing strategies, stock coordination, and order processing monitoring
• Communicate with customers through messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support live selling sessions, digital promotions, and influencer or affiliate partnerships
• Review sales data, engagement metrics, and conversion reports to enhance performance and growth
• Keep updated on platform trends, algorithms, and policy changes, especially on TikTok
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient online operations
