Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, fast, and customer-focused Online Sales & Leads Handling Executive for Auto Parts to manage incoming leads from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google, website, and other online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for responding quickly, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring excellent customer service.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Receive and handle inbound leads from:
  • WhatsApp
  • Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • Website chat
  • Google inquiries
  • Email & call leads
  • Respond to all leads quickly and professionally.
  • Ask customer for required details (vehicle model, year, part number, images, etc.).
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.

Sales & Conversion

  • Prepare quotations and send them to customers.
