About the role

Infoworx Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Shopify Manager to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify e-commerce platform. You will play a key part in driving online sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify e-commerce store, including product uploads, inventory management, and order fulfilment
  2. Optimize the Shopify store with a focus on improving conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention
  3. Implement and monitor effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, including SEO, email campaigns, and social media integration.
