E-Commerce Specialist
Key Responsibilities
1.Oversee the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring full functionality, accurate product listings, and user-friendly navigation.
2.Handle customer profile creation, order placement processes, and technical issue resolution.
3.Serve as a point of contact for both customers and internal teams to resolve e-commerce-related queries and order issues.
4.Provide assistance to the Customer Service Team in managing quotation requests, order tracking, and communication follow-ups.
5.Collaborate with the IT development team to ensure smooth deployment of updates and bug fixes.
6.Use project tracking tools like Azure Boards to monitor and assign development tasks and track completion.
7.Work directly with key stakeholders including the CEO, CFO, and Sales Managers to understand business needs and implement platform features that align with sales and operational goals.
