  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally through phone, email, live chat, or social media
  • Assist in updating product descriptions and posting content for marketing and social media
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, prices, availability, and company policies
  • Handle customer concerns related to order status, shipping, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and on-time delivery
  • Help collect customer feedback and suggestions to support marketing and product improvements
