E-commerce Specialist (On-Site)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the online stores (Shopify+)
• Ensure smooth order flow, accurate stock visibility, and exceptional customer experience
• Maintain and update product listings, visuals, and content in line with brand guidelines
• Monitor analytics and report on sales performance, traffic, and key KPIs
• Define, together with the management team, the site strategy by market and product category
