E-commerce Specialist

• Manage day-to-day operations of our online store(s) on Tiktok
• Execute product uploads, updates, and category management, ensuring accuracy and compelling content.
• Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers for live streaming campaigns, including content planning, logistics support, and performance tracking.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of live stream content, including product briefing, script coordination, and on-site or backend support.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and implement digital campaigns (email, social media, PPC) to drive traffic and conversion.
• Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide basic customer support related to online orders and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assist in planning and executing online promotions, sales, and seasonal campaigns.
